text-align

text-align (CSS Property)

The text-align property allows you to adjust the alignment of your text. Your text can be aligned in one of four ways. It can be left aligned, right aligned, centered, or justified. To choose the alignment you want simply click on the approriate icon. Here is a chart showing what each of the alignment icons represents:

Left Align Left Align
Center Center
Right Align Right Align
Justify Justify

Once you've selected an alignment for your text, you can un-select it simply by clicking on the icon a second time. If you don't want to specify any text alignment simply make sure all of the alignment icons are unchecked. Here is an example of what each of the alignment options look like:

Justify
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Sed scelerisque orci a dolor. Ut a eros nec turpis rutrum placerat. Aenean dignissim rhoncus ipsum. Nulla facilisi. Donec auctor semper eros. Nam vitae eros sit amet metus aliquam iaculis. Fusce ut risus nec felis tincidunt viverra.
